Lone Star Pediatric Dentistry and Braces is hiring an Office Manager for our Circle C .

This role is responsible for running day-to-day operations, leading the team, and making sure the office hits performance goals while delivering a great patient experience.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Oversee daily operations of both offices.
Lead, coach, and manage front and back office teams.
Handle staffing, hiring, onboarding, and training.
Run team meetings and manage performance reviews.
Resolve staff and patient issues quickly and professionally.
Maintain a positive, organized office culture.
Ensure schedules, workflows, and systems run smoothly.
Support revenue cycle, case acceptance, and office growth.
Monitor office performance and help meet financial goals.
Make sure all compliance, training, and certifications are up to date.

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of office management or leadership experience (dental or healthcare preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage a team and hold people accountable.
Organized, proactive, and able to keep operations on track.
Business-minded — understands performance, growth, and efficiency.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
