This position is in the field.
Bilingual Referral Outreach Marketing Manager – South Florida Region.
(Miami-Dade, Broward & Palm Beach counties)

This is a field-based marketing and relationship role — think sales + event coordination, not digital marketing.

The person in this role builds relationships with dentists, pediatricians, and community partners to grow patient referrals. You’ll be out in the community daily meeting people, dropping off materials, coordinating lunches, attending events, and representing the practices.

We’re looking for someone who:

Is outgoing, energetic, and comfortable talking to anyone.
Has a polished, professional presence.
Enjoys networking and face-to-face interaction (not a desk job).
Can stay organized and follow up consistently.
Is self-motivated and can manage their own schedule.

You’ll travel locally throughout South Florida using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided) and work closely with office teams to support growth.
