Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator

About the Job
As an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator with Lone Star Pediatirc Dentistry and Braces, you will play a crucial role in helping children achieve beautiful smiles for life! If you’re passionate about working with children and enjoy being part of a fun, dedicated team focused on providing quality care, we’d love to meet you! Our ideal candidate has experience in both front office and clinical dental assisting.
Requirements:
- At least 2- 3 years of orthodontic experience.
- Schedule: 7:30am to 5pm Monday through Friday .
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in orthodontics or dental treatment coordination preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently between office locations.
- Experience with dolphin management and Orthofi is a plus.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Customer service–driven mindset with a passion for patient care.
