The Village Orthodontics:
The Village Orthodontics is looking for a Traveling Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team! This position provides support at The Village Orthodontics as well as our New Braunfels location. If you're energetic, adaptable, and passionate about creating an exceptional patient experience, we'd love to meet you!
What You'll Do:
- Welcome patients and families while creating a positive, friendly experience.
- Guide patients through treatment recommendations and financial options.
- Coordinate scheduling and treatment plans.
- Work closely with our orthodontic team to ensure outstanding patient care.
- Travel between our two office locations as needed.
What We're Looking For:
- Positive attitude with excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Flexible, dependable, and a strong team player.
- Comfortable working in multiple office locations.
- Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator experience preferred, but not required—we're happy to train the right candidate!
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Experience with Dolphin Management Software and Invisalign is a plus.
