Bilingual (English/Spanish) Front Desk Coordinator

Parklane Pediatric Dentistry is seeking a friendly, organized, and bilingual Front Desk Coordinator to join our team! As the first point of contact for our patients and families, you'll play an essential role in creating a welcoming, positive experience while ensuring our front office runs smoothly.

Schedule:
Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients and families with a warm, professional attitude
  • Manage patient check-in and check-out
  • Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments
  • Verify patient information and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate daily front office activities to ensure an exceptional patient experience
  • Communicate effectively with patients, parents, providers, and team members
  • Travel between office locations as needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a dental, medical, or professional office preferred
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable learning and using computer software and office systems
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between office locations
