Pediatric Dental Assistant (Boutique Pediatric Practice)
We’re a boutique pediatric dental office focused on creating a calm, fun, and personalized experience for every child and family we serve. If you enjoy working with kids, value a positive team culture, and take pride in delivering high-quality care—we want to meet you.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist the dentist during pediatric procedures and exams.
- Help create a positive, low-stress experience for children of all ages.
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms.
- Take dental radiographs (per state guidelines).
- Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with charting.
- Support front office tasks as needed—we work as a team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Pediatric dental experience is a plus, but not required.
- A naturally warm, upbeat personality—someone who genuinely enjoys working with kids.
- Strong communication skills with both children and parents.
- Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Current certifications as required (X-ray, CPR, etc.).
