We are looking for an energetic, outgoing, and bilingual (Spanish/English) Community Outreach Coordinator to represent our growing pediatric dental and orthodontic practices throughout the Greater Houston area.
This is a field-based position focused on building relationships with schools, daycares, pediatric and healthcare offices, community organizations, and local families. If you enjoy networking, attending community events, and helping connect families with quality healthcare, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do:
- Visit schools, daycares, pediatric offices, medical practices, and community organizations to introduce our services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners and community leaders.
- Distribute brochures, flyers, and educational materials.
- Represent our practices at health fairs, school events, and community outreach programs.
- Help increase awareness of our pediatric dental and orthodontic services.
- Capture photos and short videos during community events for social media and community engagement.
- Track outreach activities, contacts, and community events.
- Serve as a friendly and professional ambassador for our practices.
What We're Looking For:
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (required).
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable meeting new people.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
- Comfortable working independently and managing a flexible schedule.
- Previous experience in community outreach, customer service, healthcare, business development, field sales, or a similar people-focused role is preferred, but we're happy to train the right candidate with a great attitude.
Requirements:
- Must live in the Greater Houston area.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Ability to travel throughout the Houston area for outreach visits.
- Availability to attend occasional evening or weekend community events.
- Mileage reimbursement is provided.
