As a Dental Receptionist with American Pediatric Dental group, you’ll be the first impression for our patients and families. You’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming, organized, and positive experience for every child and parent who walks through our doors.

If you’re friendly, organized, professional, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to meet you.

Who We’re Looking For:

Dental front desk or medical office experience preferred.
Strong customer service skills.
Professional communication (phone, in-person, written).
Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
Comfortable with scheduling, insurance, and patient flow.
Positive attitude and team-first mindset.

Typical Responsibilities:

Patient check-in/check-out.
Scheduling appointments.
Insurance verification and coordination.
Managing phone calls and patient communication.
Front desk operations and organization.
Supporting clinical team workflow.

Schedule:

Mon. and Thurs., 9:30am-7pm.
Tues.-Wed.-Fri. (8:30am-5:30pm).
Sat. (8:15am-2pm) 2 Saturdays a month.
